We strongly believe in the importance of a corporate line that assumes the greatest responsibility towards our customers and the environment. The quality of Brosway jewelry is not only measured in the preciousness of its materials or unique processing. All Brosway jewelry is made from high-quality materials and subject to specific tests that guarantee compliance with the toxicity parameters Hypoallergenic and certifed products imposed by international authorities.
316L stainless steel is used for several reasons:
• it can be worn even by the majority of people who are allergic to metals;
• it is harder than other metals, such as gold and silver, used in the jewelry industry, and will unlikely get damaged;
• its hardness makes it highly scratch resistant and enables it to withstand corrosive elements such as sweat, dust, and moisture more effciently.
PVD coatings are very thin metallic flms obtained through physical vapor deposition. They permit to obtain very high hardness (HV > 1800), resistance to salt mist, corrosion, and to the aggression of atmospheric agents and products intended both for industrial use (solvents) and domestic use (detergents and cleansers) going over normal standards. In addition, the fundamental characteristics of PVD are complemented by the possibility to obtain various types of colors, a non-toxic product and a production cycle with absolutely no environmental impact. Sterling silver is made of at least 925 parts of silver and not more than 75 parts of any other metal.
REACH is a EU regulation adopted to further protect human health and the environment from the risks caused by chemical substances. It not only applies to substances used in industrial processes, but also to those that are used on a daily basis, for example in detergents or paints, and those found in items of clothing, furniture, electrical appliances, and jewelry.
If Jewelry is not made in compliance with applicable regulations, it can irritate your skin, causing redness, welling, itching and a hot feeling. When metal gets in contact with your skin, it releases metal particles that are diluted and carried by sweat. It is, therefore, important to choose jewelry made from hypoallergenic materials that are tested, safe, and nickel-free. Is all jewelry tested? Each product undergoes a series of tests and is declared suitable before being released on the market.
The jewelry is broken up and each part is tested individually.
Bros Manifatture avails itself of ACCREDIA-certified laboratories. ACCREDIA is the only national accreditation body appointed by the Italian Government, the only body recognized in Italy with the task to attest that certifcation and inspection bodies, and testing laboratories—including those for food safety and calibration—have the skills to assess whether the products, processes and systems comply with reference standards.

To further increase shine, the surface of the jewelry is polished several times until obtaining a mirror fnish.
Only certified Swarovski®i Elements crystals are used for the jewelry.
Stainless steel jewelry is therefore non-allergenic and certified by specializaed laboratories that certify the passing of REACH tests.
Brass is worked using the precision casting or lost wax casting methods.
Stones are set in the piece of jewelry, they are not glued to it. Cubic zairconia and Swarovski®i crystals are used.
18kt gold and rhodium plating is used.
The same processes of traditional jewelry, including hand polishing and stone setting.
Additional protection system – super resistant
An additional protective layer is applied to the piece of jewelry, increasing its resistance and protection.
Hypoallergenic and certified
Brass jewelry is hypoallergenic and certified.

All silver jewelry is plated with a layer of rhodium to ensure increased shine and slow down the natural oxidation of silver.
Sterling silver jewelry is therefore hypoallergenic and certified by laboratories.
